Strip and set out

Grass, old slabs and rubbish gone. The block is scraped back to clean ground and the pad is strung out off your surveyor's pegs.

Pier to the grid

Every pier drilled where the engineer drew it and down to depth. Holes cleaned out, ready for the inspector.

Cut the footings

Edge beams and internal beams cut square and to level. Spoil goes straight in the truck, not in a pile on your nature strip.

Hand it over, ready to pour

We walk it with you or your builder before we leave. Steel goes in, the pump turns up and pour day stays pour day.

    It depends on how much dirt is coming out, what's under the surface, how tight the access is and where the spoil has to go. That's why we price each job off the plans instead of throwing out a rough hourly guess. Send the drawings through and you'll get one fixed number in writing.

    Yes. Trucks are organised with the machine so the dirt goes the same day it's dug. Cartage and tip fees are spelled out in your quote, so there is nothing to argue about later.

    Sydney is full of both. We'll look at your geotech report if you have one and talk through the likely ground before we start. If something unexpected turns up, we stop, show you and agree a price before going any further.

    Most of the time, yes. We match the machine to the access, including mini excavators for narrow side passages and backyards. Send a photo of the access and we'll tell you straight whether it works.

    Yes. Fully insured, ABN registered and GST registered. We can send a certificate of currency with your quote if your builder or certifier needs it.
